Course Overview
This course is for delegates who already have sound skills in the use of Microsoft Access and are now ready to expand their knowledge into some of the more specialised and advanced functions of the software. This course will provide delegates with skills to be able to create complex queries, create macros to automate tasks, enhance forms and reports, and use Microsoft Access data in other Microsoft Office applications. This course is ideal for those who are responsible for structuring data into properly designed tables, analysing data and automating tasks using Microsoft Access, as well as producing advanced report outputs. This course will also look at using Data Access Pages as a means of accessing data on a corporate network.
Prerequisites
- Delegates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Access and, ideally, will have attended Microsoft Access Level 1 and Level 2 courses or have equivalent knowledge.
- This course assumes knowledge of how to create a database having many related tables, a form based on one or more tables, a query containing more than one table and a report without using the wizard.
