Course Overview

The aim of this course is to take delegates through a project life cycle, including planning through to execution. From adding activities, assigning resources and creating baselines.

The course uses P6 Professional, Primavera's Windows-based, client/server application. It is appropriate for those using P6 Professional either as a stand-alone application or as part of P6 EPPM.

On-site and Virtual training Requirements

For training delivered virtually or at a client’s site, the client will be required to provide a laptop with software installed for each delegate.

Each delegate will need an activated licence for P6 loaded on their PC or laptop and they have the privileges to import .XER files.

Prerequisites

    • This course is aimed at those new to Primavera P6.

      Delegates should have a good working knowledge of Windows and feel at ease performing tasks such as arranging, sizing, switching between windows, and starting programs. Previous use of a mouse and keyboard is assumed on this course.
