Terms & Conditions



The customer is responsible for ensuring that the backgrounds of delegates are suitable for the training course that they are attending. IT Training Solutions is not liable for any refund in the case where delegates do not meet the course prerequisites nor are we obliged to offer a place on an alternative course free of charge.

If a course booking is cancelled or postponed by you, the customer, the following conditions will apply.

- Where more than 10 working days' notice is given 10% of the total fee will be charged.
- Where 6 to 10 working days' notice is given 50% of the fee will be charged.
- Where 5 working days' notice or less is given the total course fee will be charged.


By credit or debit card or strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Full payment is due 10 working days before the training is due to take place.

NEW CLIENTS : For all new clients payment must be received in full in advance of training taking place.
