Booking Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the backgrounds of delegates are suitable for the training course that they are attending. IT Training Solutions is not liable for any refund in the case where delegates do not meet the course prerequisites nor are we obliged to offer a place on an alternative course free of charge.

Public Scheduled Courses

For cancellation or transfer of public scheduled courses the following conditions apply:

- 11 to 20 clear working days' notice prior to the start of the course 50% of the fee will be charged.
- 6 to 10 working days' notice prior to the start of the course 75% of the fee will be charged.
- 5 working days' notice or less prior to the start of the course the total course fee will be charged.

Private Courses

For cancellation or transfer of closed private courses:

- 0 to 35 working days notice 100% of the course fee is due

Where a confirmed Closed Private Course booking is cancelled or transferred, additional costs (flights, hotels, course development, etc) incurred by IT Training Solutions will be charged, irrespective of when the course is cancelled or transferred.

The receipt of a purchase order from you, the client, is acknowledgement and acceptance of our booking conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel provisional bookings that remain unconfirmed 11 working days prior to the course start date.

Terms of Payment

By credit or debit card or strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Full payment is due 10 working days before the training is due to take place.

New Clients:

For all new clients payment must be received in full in advance of training taking place.
