Coaching and mentoring is a highly effective way of raising awareness and driving performance at all levels of an organisation. However, good coaches and mentors need training. To embed coaching capability across your organisation, you must first equip managers with the abilities and training they need to coach effectively.

    Being your own personal coach

  • Practical Exercise

    Delegates will take part in an interactive activity to explore what personal and professional commitment looks like in real situations. This exercise will help delegates recognise the key ingredients that turn intention into consistent, visible action.
