This one day, highly interactive, fun, yet practical event has been designed for delegates to learn more about themselves and the different styles of others, increasing personal effectiveness to support the achievement of business and personal goals.

The focus is on individuals becoming more self-aware and identifying how others impact on ourselves and how we impact on other people. Our ability to understand ourselves and others, increases our ability to become for personally effective and influential.

Each delegate will receive a personal profile, which provides them with information on their personality type, as an aid to understand more about self and others. This will then be used to identify strategies for enhancing personal effectiveness and influence. The Profile will be used as a working document throughout the programme as a basis for self-analysis and group discussions. Delegates may then go on to use it as a personal development tool.

This course is aimed at those new to PowerPoint, or who have limited knowledge of the package. During this course delegates will explore the PowerPoint environment and create presentations.

Delegates will format text on slides, add graphical objects to a presentation, modify objects on slides, add tables to a presentation, add charts to a presentation and prepare to deliver a presentation.

This interactive workshop enables delegates to develop and refine their presentation and public speaking techniques.

This course involves a high level of delegate participation.

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to plan, outline, and create a presentation. Delegates will also be able to recognise and apply effective presentation techniques.

Many are leaving PowerPoint behind and using the new Prezi Next software for business presentations. Prezi helps you create exciting, professional and colourful presentations, using both a blank canvas and fully customisable presentation templates. You can insert and customise text, colour schemes, images and videos as well as create your own videos.

Upon completion of this course, delegates will be able to create their own Prezi presentation either from Prezi templates or from scratch, become confident in the creation of non-linear presentations and learn how to design & build an amazing presentation that everyone will remember.

This course is aimed at those already familiar with PowerPoint. During this course delegates will go beyond using the standard layouts and designs offered by PowerPoint, to creating their own designs.

Delegates will integrate current design trends into their presentations to create modern but professional slides and learn some of the tricks and short-cut methods for doing so. You will create a presentation containing a variety of slide layouts which can used as a template for future presentations.
