Course Overview

This course is aimed at those who will be administering a Linux network. EXAMS : LPI 101 and LPI102

Prerequisites

A working knowledge of the Linux command line would be beneficial for this course
The course is aimed at system administrators with up to 1 year of experience.

Objectives

Delegates will be able to:

Be competent on Linux systems including Redhat/Fedora Debian and Ubuntu and SUSE
Install configure Linux Servers
Be competent with administrating daemons/services including SSH, NTP, CUPS Printing
Install new hardware and configure it for use
Manage users and permissions
