Microsoft Project Introduction Training in the North East
Project Level 1 is the first in a series of two courses designed for delegates who will use Microsoft Project as a tool to assist them in managing projects. The topics in Project Level 1 cover the critical skills necessary to create and modify a project plan file that contains tasks, resources, and resource assignments.
After attending Project Level 1delegates will be able to:
- Set up a new project using Microsoft Project.
- Enter tasks including the different duration's involved.
- Enter costs.
- Enter resources.
- Identify problems with the schedule and make the necessary adjustments.
- Make a copy of the project plan.
- Build a schedule containing the tasks, resources and costs.
- Print reports with detailed information about the project.
- Make the necessary adjustments to bring a straying project back on schedule
- Track the project and compare it to the plan.
