Course Overview
Delegates who attend this course should be very familiar with the day to day routines of sending receiving emails and be able to manage their email account with ease. This course is designed to extend the knowledge of Outlook from the introductory level and create a logical step up to the more advanced features within the programme.
Prerequisites
- Existing experience of Outlook essential, including the ability to send, receive and forward messages with attachments, as well as being able to use the calendar, appointments, notes and tasks.
