What to expect

	Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout courses in our training venues. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.
	Start Time: Finish Time: Breaks: Lunch:	Delegates are asked to arrive at 9:15am, ready for a 9.30am start 4.30pm 10.45am -11.00am and 3.00pm - 3.15pm 12.30pm -1.30pm

	The dress code for the day is whatever you are comfortable in. Whether it is a business suit or jeans and a t-shirt, the choice is yours.
	Delegates do not need to bring anything to courses as we provide courseware, pens, paper and name cards. Just bring yourselves.
