Overview
- Delegates will increase their understanding of the interviewing procedures and processes; they will be able to review and update all necessary documentation and gain experience of being part of an interviewing panel. This will include receiving feedback on their skills and giving feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
This course is aimed at those who work in HR or anyone who may be involved in the recruitment and selection process, in order to ensure that all managers are skilled in making effective selection decisions and that they perform this process in a consistent and fair manner.
