This course is intended to give an introduction to the Act! program and a confidence in the main program features and how they can be used to benefit your organisation
Prerequisites
- This course assumes basic knowledge of computer use - using a keyboard and mouse, left and right clicks, basic knowledge of Windows etc. As this is an introductory course no prior knowledge of Act! Or databases is necessary.
