Course Overview

This course will benefit anyone who would like a good foundation knowledge of emergency first aid or who is a first aid appointed person. After attending this course, delegates will receive a first aid appointed person certificate valid for three years.

Objectives

Delegates will be able to:

Understand the legal resposibilites for first aid at work
Assist in the assessmenet for first aid provisions at work
Summon prompt medical help
Administer emergency first aid until help arrives
Manage the accident/incident record book
Manage the first aid equipment help by the employer
